How it works

1. An employee is terminated in UKG.

2. On the next sync, the account is disabled and moved to your disabled users OU.

3. Group access is removed and the teams you choose are notified.

What you can do

• Disable accounts the same day, or the day after the last working day.

• Reset the password automatically.

• Remove security and licence groups.

• Notify IT, security or the manager.

Employment.EmployeeStatusCode == "A”   →   account is disabled when employee is no longer Active
