How it works

1. Give each group a simple true or false rule.

2. Employees who match are added.

3. Employees who no longer match are removed, so job changes move access automatically.

What you can do

• Manage Active Directory security groups.

• Manage Entra ID security and Microsoft 365 groups.

• Assign licences through group-based licensing.

• Get alerted when someone joins or leaves a group.

Example rule

Job.Title == "Sales" && Location.Code == "New York" → user added to New York Sales group
