How it works
IT creates or changes an email address in Active Directory.
On the next sync, Connect to AD reads it.
It writes it to the employee record in UKG, so HR and IT share the same email.
What you can do
Use the mail attribute or the user principal name.
Write to the UKG work or personal email field.
Build email formats per company.

User.mail → Person.EmailAddress
